What is the difference between 'leak' and 'leakage' inspection?

Please note how we define 'leak' and 'leakage'.

A leak is an entry point for water or air, mostly caused by  cracked caulking, broken seal or damaged weatherstrip. Leaks are normally taken care of via regular maintenance.

A leakage is a flow, seepage or spread of dampness, a liquid or a gas.

RV Squad offers leakage inspection, focussed on diagnosing the living environment and structural integrity of an RV. We focus on identifying leakages and abnormal levels of water, sub-surface dampness, propane, carbon monoxide emissions and mould-favourable humidity levels.
